On-the-Fly Spray Technology

Spray volume is accurately calculated to ensure uniform coverage, achieving high speed and high precision performance.

Mark Point Positioning Calibration
Each module supports single or dual Mark point positioning calibration, ensuring accurate spray alignment.

Synchronized Motion Control Algorithm
Incorporates high-level motion synchronization algorithms to precisely coordinate belt speed with XY module positioning for seamless system integration.

Multi-Type Flux Nozzle Configuration

  • Precision Dot Spray
    Ideal for products with fewer soldering points or low cycle time (CT) requirements. Minimizes flux consumption while maintaining adequate coverage.

  • Precision Atomized Spray
    Designed for products with high CT demands. Enables selective atomized spraying directly over soldering areas for optimized performance.

  • Combination of Dot and Atomized Spray
    Enables dot spray for specific areas requiring deep penetration, while applying atomized spray to other regions. Balances performance and efficiency across the entire board.

Camera Contamination Protection
Equipped with a protective shield to prevent flux contamination of the vision system.

*Different flux types can be deployed through separate nozzles, enabling zone-specific flux application or rapid product changeovers with minimal downtime.

  • Smart Pressure Monitoring
    The tank is equipped with an integrated pressure sensor for real-time monitoring. In the event of overpressure, the system automatically releases pressure to ensure operational safety.
