Automatic First Article Inspection System
Intro:
Character recognition, direction, polarity auto identification. For parts such as chips, diodes, and SMT resisstor, the system can automatically detemine its direction and polarity.
Sample function: Save of standard sample. No need to repeatedly import data, the system will directly pull out the same data for the use of the same model.
Report function: After the completion of the inspection, the system can automatically generate a test report with parts’ images and PCBA’s related information. The report can be saved, printed and sended through e-mail.
