The combined use of moment sub SPl and AOl facilitates the introduction of three-pointcomparison function, and displays the SPl, pre-furnace AOl and post-furnace AOl data onthe SMT production line in the same station, realizing real-time feedback and optimizationof the production line process, and improving the production quality and yield.
Using the three-point control function, the data before and after the SPl furnace can be displayed in the same station, so that the process personnel can analyze the data, and quickly understand the location of the defect, so as to improve the problem solving efficiency, improve the factory quality and production yield.
The newly developed LINEVlEW software allows customers to integrate multiple lines of SPl AOl into one set of software for review, which can minimize factory labor costs
